Phobia is an extreme, persistent or irrational fear of an object or situation. It is something that, in reality, possess no or very little danger. If a person is forced to challenge or face the phobia or even a single thought of that phobia comes to their mind, then that person gets anxious or may get panic attacks.

4. Visit psychologist and take the help of medication
If your phobia getting into your daily lives and trouble is quite high. Then you must consult a psychologist and share your problem with them. Sharing about your fears will help you to evaluate or learn more about them.
With the help of a psychologist, it will become easier to deal with the situation. They along with telling ways to deal, provide you some medicines. Self efforts together with medication will help you to overcome your phobia much faster.
5. Appreciate yourself
Even if you feel that you are improving or able to manage your anxiety to some extent, then you must appreciate yourself, go out and give yourself a treat. This will help to replace the bad experience or memory of that phobia with good memories. Rewards keeps you motivated and help in taking initiative more often.
