Get rid of all or nothing mindset:Try to avoid unconditional terms, such as nothing or never.Notice once you are thinking in black-or-white extremes and raise yourself if there is a risk for any grey area.Try to realize the positive aspect of the case.

Stop being extremely critical about yourself:Being overly critical of yourself goes hand in hand with low self-esteem as well as other mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.

Celebrate your victories but accept failures too:Without failure, we’d be less capable of compassion, empathy, kindness, and great achievement; we would be less likely to reach for the moon and the stars.
